The City of Torino is willing to support the chain of solidarity that has been activated in recent days to make humanitarian aid for the Ukrainian population more effective. The Municipality’s goal is both to give useful information to Torino residents who are willing to be an active part in this emergency situation, and to support the people in need of assistance located in its area. A specific webpage has been created following a first coordination table, held on Thursday 3 March 2022, which has highlighted the needs of the Ukrainian population, and will be constantly updated, in order to provide information about the various initiatives and resources that have been activated in the Torino area. The City of Torino is carefully monitoring the evolution of the situation, in close connection with the other institutions involved and with the support of third sector organizations.
