The challenge to be addressed is to improve the communication pattern toward citizens in view of potential flood emergencies. There are several experiment aiming at improving the communication among first responder and the team is working to design specific patterns flexible enough to be adapted to different socio cultural profile and needs of citizens in three main areas: residential citizens in the Meisino park, Restaurants and Discos on left border while on the right one there are water sports circles.
