DECIDO DISSEMINATION STRATEGY
Dissemination and Communication Strategy
DECIDO Dissemination and Communication strategy was a dynamic strategy based on three main phases as described below.
Phase 1: Project Communication
Communication was for DECIDO project a strategically planned object that started with the first project activities and run for all the project life providing at the beginning of the project information about objectives and planned initiatives. It continued throughout the project lifetime providing introduction to achieved results.
Phase 2: Project Dissemination and Communication
After first achievement were reached, the dissemination started providing deeply information about project results and their outcomes in terms of scientific knowledge and for DECIDO the policy lifecycle going to be applied to capitalise evidence from the bottom. In this framework dissemination provided a deeper view of contents communicated by the project through publications, conferences and other target specific initiatives addressing the research and expert communities and started to approach a wider plateau of stakeholders.
Phase 3: Project Dissemination path to Exploitation
Further ahead in the project evolution dissemination moved toward supporting the project exploitation.
The project was targeting research which deeply involves citizens and other non-institutional actors to collaborate in the co-creation of evidence-based policies. One of the main objectives was to move the decision making as much as possible toward the citizens level, that means those targets weree a priority in the awareness building.
